"A low cost model"- this was Quickly N 23, which was firstly built in year 1962.
All in all, it was built like the Quickly with 26'' wheels, but with changements in wheel size and paint.

Unfortunately Quickly N 23 had no big success.
Only 11347 pieces were sold.
